AROSE SWIM does not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, or if you’ve ordered the wrong size, please contact us at hello@aroseswim.com - we’re here to help.

To ensure you find your perfect fit, please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.


Return Process

  1. Email hello@aroseswim.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including details of the fault, or sizing issue. 

  2. Attach photos of the issue (faults only), along with your order number.

  3. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll offer either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement. 


Please Note

  • Items damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions are not considered faulty.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Please do not remove hygiene tags if you have any issues with your purchase.
